Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a field-based Neuroscience Medical Science Liaison to support Poland and the Czech Republic. The role focuses on building trusted scientific partnerships to advance medical education, clinical evidence generation, and patient care.

The MSL will serve as the primary scientific interface, deliver high-quality exchanges, gather insights, and support trials while ensuring ethics, compliance and patient focus across international markets. Travel is extensive.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or medical degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent).
• Strong Neuroscience and/or Psychiatry knowledge.
• Proven experience engaging with healthcare professionals and KOLs.
• Experience supporting clinical trials including site identification and investigator engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted scientific relationships with HCPs, investigators and KOLs across neuroscience and psychiatry.
• Deliver accurate, balanced scientific exchange on disease management and emerging data.
• Identify insights and unmet needs to inform medical strategy.
• Support clinical research through investigator engagement and site identification."
• Facilitate evidence generation with investigators and sponsor research activities.
• Develop territory medical engagement plans aligned to objectives and regional/global strategy.
• Communicate actionable medical insights to support planning and decision-making.
• Support advisory boards, education programmes, meetings and congress activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Medical Affairs, Clinical Ops, Market Access, Regulatory, PV, Commercial).
