Job summary

ASSA ABLOY in Krakow, Poland, is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to deliver network and security global services. You will collaborate with internal teams and partners to keep the infrastructure secure and efficient, while improving services and customer experience.

This role operates in a 24/7 environment within the Global Operation Center and reports to the Network & Security Manager. Excellent English and hands-on networking expertise are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in IT infrastructure with enterprise networking and security experience.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, and VMware SD-WAN Velocloud.
• Familiar with Infoblox DNS/DHCP/IPAM and network policy tools such as AlgoSec.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues related to global network and security services.
• Assist with deployment and configuration of services and respond to customer inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and partners to deliver and improve network infrastructure.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
