Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group Krakow is seeking an IT Infrastructure Engineer to support global network and security services. You will partner with internal teams and external partners to improve service quality and efficiency, while delivering excellent customer experiences.

The role focuses on troubleshooting complex enterprise networks, deploying and configuring services, and ensuring secure, reliable operations across platforms and locations. Strong English both spoken and written is required.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in IT infrastructure with enterprise networking and security.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Cloudflare Zero Trust, Ivanti/Pulse Secure, and Velocloud.
• Experience with DNS/DHCP/IPAM services and network policy tools such as AlgoSec.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot issues related to global network and security services.
• Address customer inquiries and assist with deployment and configuration of services.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, and partners to deliver, maintain, and improve network infrastructure.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem solving.
