Job summary

CD Projekt in Warsaw, Poland is seeking an Expert IT Network Engineer to take technical ownership of our corporate network infrastructure. You will define network architecture, drive automation and cloud networking initiatives, and provide leadership across Global IT.

You will own and evolve network architecture for LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud; design secure, scalable solutions; lead IaC and automation efforts using Ansible, Python, Terraform; mentor engineers and guide cross-team initiatives.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in designing and operating enterprise networks.
Expertise in routing, switching, WLAN, VPN, firewalls, SD-WAN.
Experience with cloud and on‑prem networking in AWS/Azure/GCP.
Strong IaC and automation using Ansible, Python, Terraform.
Proficient English and Polish language skills.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve corporate network architecture across LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN, and cloud.
Define standards, reference architectures, and technical roadmaps.
Design scalable, secure network solutions for on‑prem and cloud.
Drive network automation with IaC practices.
Lead architecture reviews and cross‑team initiatives.
Mentor engineers and maintain architecture docs.
Act as escalation point for incidents.
