Job summary

ISS Tech Team in Warsaw is seeking a Network Automation Engineer to design, build and improve automation for our global network and cloud connectivity.

Based in Warsaw, you will turn network operations into reliable, repeatable automated workflows, develop IaC pipelines using Nautobot, Python, Ansible and Terraform, and collaborate with security, cloud and IT teams to boost deployment speed and resilience. Hybrid work model in an international environment offers growth and exposure.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in network automation, engineering or infrastructure automation within complex enterprise or global environments.
• Proficient scripting in Python and automation tooling.
• Experience with Ansible for automation and Terraform for IaC.
• Hands-on experience with Nautobot as a source of truth and IPAM concepts.
• Solid understanding of enterprise networking including LAN, WAN, VPN, IPsec, routing and BGP.
• Familiarity with Palo Alto Networks or other NGFWs and Azure networking is advantageous.
• Experience with APIs, data formats and Git for version control.
• Ability to work in English within an international team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain network automation solutions for global network operations, deployment and lifecycle processes.
• Build and improve automation workflows using Nautobot, Python, Ansible, Terraform and related frameworks.
• Develop Nautobot as a source of truth for network inventory, IPAM and device data.
• Create and maintain scripts, playbooks, templates and pipelines to automate changes, reporting and documentation.
• Support IaC and automated deployment approaches for network and cloud connectivity, including Azure networking.
• Work with global network technologies and troubleshoot complex issues across tools and environments.
• Contribute to standardization and lifecycle management across the network landscape.
• Collaborate with international IT teams, cloud, security, and service providers to deliver reliable automation.
