Job summary

Aon is seeking a Digital Activation Senior Specialist to own and optimize digital marketing campaigns across global and regional markets. This hybrid role offers mix of office and remote work and collaboration with marketing partners to drive engagement and lead generation.

You will lead multi-channel initiatives across LinkedIn, Google, email, web, and automation tools, analyze performance, and share data-driven recommendations to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital marketing, activation, paid media, or related field.
• Experience managing complex multi-channel campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email, web, and automated marketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, lead generation, campaign measurement, tracking, analytics, and optimization.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into practical recommendations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives across LinkedIn, Google, email, web, and marketing automation tools.
• Run campaign setup, audience targeting, tracking, tagging, quality assurance, reporting, and launch readiness; supervise campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Develop and implement testing initiatives, including A/B testing, and apply insights to improve future campaign performance.
• Partner with global, regional, and local marketing teams to ensure successful campaign execution and alignment with business priorities.
• Share activation insights, support process improvements, and help foster a culture of continuous learning.
