Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a Digital Activation Senior Specialist to own complex digital campaigns and optimize marketing outcomes across regions. You will collaborate with marketing partners, identify optimization opportunities, and contribute to continuous process improvements across activation platforms.

In this role, you will work with global teams to ensure alignment with business priorities, drive testing initiatives, and deliver measurable impact on engagement and lead generation across markets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and campaign activation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives spanning LinkedIn, Google, email, web, and marketing automation tools.
• Run campaign setup, audience targeting, tracking, tagging, quality assurance, reporting, and launch readiness.
• Supervise campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve engagement, lead generation, and marketing outcomes.
• Develop and implement testing initiatives, including A/B testing, and apply insights to improve future campaign performance.
• Partner with global, regional, and local marketing teams to ensure successful campaign execution and alignment with business priorities.
• Share activation insights, support process improvements, and help foster a culture of continuous learning.
