Job summary

EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) Poland is hiring a Mobility Assistant to support end-to-end international mobility assignments from Katowice (2 days in office, 3 days remote). You will work with Mobility Consultants to ensure a seamless experience for assignees and the business.

Qualifications

Educated to a Bachelor's degree with strong customer service focus.
Excellent communication with colleagues at all levels and external partners.
Sophisticated organisational skills with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data handling tools.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end mobility assignments with the Mobility Consultant.
Assist with preparation, amendment and finalization of cost estimates.
Prepare Global Assignments Letters, local contracts where applicable and country addendums.
Follow up with assignee and business to chase signing of documents.
Assist with relocation onboarding and post-assignment processes.
Support budgeting, forecasts and assignee compensation reviews.
