Job summary

Astellas Global Capability Centre in Warsaw, Poland, seeks a Process Enablement Expert to lead global MLR processes, governance, and standardisation across regions. This role focuses on embedding standards and driving measurable value through compliant, scalable content operations.

Qualifications

Pharma/healthcare experience in multinational settings.
Proven ability to diagnose, design, and optimise business processes.
Experience with MLR platforms and digital content workflows.
Strong governance, risk management, and compliance mindset.
Cross-functional collaboration across geographies.
Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Own and continually improve global MLR processes, standards, and governance.
Drive standardisation and scalability across regions.
Ensure compliance, reduce risk, and improve operational efficiency.
Lead MLR governance, monitoring, escalations, and corrective actions.
Analyze operational data and translate insights into process improvements.
Maintain global MLR SOPs, policies, training content, and documentation.
Support implementation and adoption of new solutions, technologies, and AI initiatives.
Act as the global MLR subject matter expert and senior escalation point.
Partner with stakeholders to drive governance, change adoption, and business value.
