Qualifications

• Experience with transformation or process improvement initiatives.
• Data analysis skills with the ability to draw and communicate conclusions.
• English communication at least B2 level; adaptable and a team player.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or experience is a plus.
• Multicultural environment experience; familiarity with AI tools for data analysis or productivity.

Responsibilities

• Working on process improvements based on data and feedback
• Identifying and addressing root causes of disputes
• Presenting insights and improvement results to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Supporting scope transitions through documentation and knowledge transfer
• Collaborating with outsourced partner and supporting performance management
• Identifying automation potential and coordinating automation development
• Maintaining QMS/KM documentation and participating in quality calibration activities
