Rolls-Royce Kraków GCC is seeking a Master Data Governance & Quality Lead on a three-year fixed-term contract. You will act as the global subject matter lead for data governance, partnering with business, data operations, reporting, technology and transformation teams.

You will establish consistent ways of working, ensure regulatory alignment, and drive data quality, definitions and lifecycle governance across multiple systems and regions.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in a relevant field.
• DAMA/CDMP or similar certification desirable.
• Extensive experience in data governance and master data management.
• Experience with ERP or enterprise systems.

Responsabilités

• Implement global data governance policies, standards and procedures.
• Maintain data definitions, ownership and lifecycle requirements.
• Partner with data owners and stewards to resolve cross-functional data issues.
• Define data quality rules, thresholds and scorecards; lead remediation.
• Govern create/change/use/retain/retire data requirements.
• Provide guidance to data maintenance and system support teams.
• Lead governance forums, track actions and risks, escalate decisions.
• Develop training to improve data literacy and consistent governance use.
