Rolls-Royce Kraków is seeking a Master Data Governance & Quality Lead on a 3-year fixed-term contract. This role sits in the Global Capability Centre, leading global data governance within the federated model.

You will implement policies, maintain data definitions, partner with data owners and stewards, and drive data quality improvements across multiple systems in a hybrid work setting in Krakow.

The successful candidate will be the global subject matter lead for the assigned domain, working across business, data operations, reporting, technology and transformation teams.
