Job summary

Rolls-Royce Kraków is seeking a Master Data Governance & Quality Lead on a 3-year fixed-term contract. This role sits in the Global Capability Centre, leading global data governance within the federated model.

You will implement policies, maintain data definitions, partner with data owners and stewards, and drive data quality improvements across multiple systems in a hybrid work setting in Krakow.

Qualifications

• Implement global data governance policies, standards and controls.
• Define data ownership, stewardship and lifecycle requirements.
• Collaborate with data owners and stewards to resolve cross-functional issues.
• Define data quality rules, thresholds and remediation.

Responsibilities

• Govern master and reference data lifecycle across domains.
• Provide guidance to Data Maintenance and system teams.
• Develop training to improve data literacy and governance adoption.
