Job summary

The Kraków Rolls-Royce Global Capability Centre is hiring a Data Governance & Quality Manager on a 3-year fixed-term contract. You will lead a three-domain governance team, shape priorities, and own the enterprise data governance dashboard while coordinating cross-domain risks and ERP initiatives.

You’ll report to the Head of Data, Reporting & Systems and collaborate with Finance, Customer and Supplier domains, in a hybrid Kraków-based role with a broad global impact.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent substantial professional experience in Data Management, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Technology or related field.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data quality, master and reference data, metadata and stewardship.
• Experience leading operational teams; experience with ERP or system change is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and performance-manage Domain Governance & Quality roles.
• Own executive relationships with Data Owners and sponsor remediation.
• Maintain the enterprise data governance dashboard and KPIs.
• Chair the GBS Data Governance Working Group and drive cross-domain initiatives.
• Provide functional leadership to local Data Maintenance teams and drive root-cause remediation.
• Coordinate governance for ERP transformation and readiness.
