Job summary

Rolls-Royce Krakow Global Capability Centre is seeking a Data Governance & Quality Manager on a 3-year fixed-term contract. The role leads the Domain Governance & Quality functions, setting priorities and aligning delivery with policy and strategic goals.

The successful candidate will own the enterprise data governance dashboard, chair the working group and drive remediation across data owners, with close collaboration on transformation initiatives and ERP changes.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in data management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, quality, metadata and stewardship.
• Experience with ERP changes and data migrations.
• Experience leading operational teams.
• Certifications such as DAMA/CDMP desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the three Domain Governance & Quality roles.
• Set governance priorities and balance ops with transformation.
• Maintain executive relationships with Data Owners.
• Own enterprise data governance dashboard and KPIs.
• Chair the GBS Data Governance Working Group.
• Maintain governance delivery model and escalation routes.
• Provide functional leadership to local Data Maintenance teams.
• Review recurring data issues and drive remediation.
• Coordinate governance support for ERP transformations.
• Report performance and risks to Head of Data, Reporting & Systems.
