JDE Peet’s Global Management Trainee Program invites you to kick-start your career in a bold, fast-moving environment. Over 12 months, you will rotate across functions and markets, working with global teams to tackle real business challenges and deliver meaningful projects.

We seek graduates with a Bachelor’s or Master’s, up to two years of full-time experience, and fluent English. This program requires global mobility and a readiness to grow within a diverse, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• On track to graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in time for the program kick-off in September 2027.
• You communicate fluently and confidently in English.
• You are adaptable, curious and open to new experiences.

Responsibilities

• Rotations across functions and markets for 12 months to gain business exposure.

Qualifications

• Internship experience at companies in industries like FMCG, Financial Services, Consulting, or Engineering
• Long-term dedication to extracurriculars, whether it’s sports, student leadership, entrepreneurial projects, or anything that shows commitment and drive
