JDE Peet’s invites you to join its Global Management Trainee Program, a 12-month rotation across functions and markets. You’ll work with global teams, tackle real business challenges, and lead a high-impact project under senior mentors to sharpen your leadership skills.

You should be on track to graduate in Sep 2027 with max 2 years full-time experience, fluent in English, eager to move globally and start full-time after graduation.

Qualifications

• On track to graduate (Bachelor’s or Master’s) by Sep 2027 and ready to start full-time.
• Maximum of 2 years of full-time professional experience.
• Fluent and confident in English.
• Strong cross-cultural awareness and adaptability.

• Internship experience at companies in industries like FMCG, Financial Services, Consulting, or Engineering
• Long-term dedication to extracurriculars, whether it’s sports, student leadership, entrepreneurial projects, or anything that shows commitment and drive
