Job summary

JDE Peet’s is seeking a Global Travel & Expense Specialist to support compliance and efficiency across the organization. You will manage SAP Concur, update training content, and collaborate with internal teams to improve processes across multiple regions.

The role requires 3+ years in T&E or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree, and excellent English communication in a global setting. This position offers a dynamic, cross-cultural work environment with opportunities for growth within the finance

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in travel & expense, compliance, or systems roles.
• Experience with T&E systems, preferably SAP Concur.
• Strong written and spoken English; able to operate in a global environment.

Job Description

The Global Travel & Expense Specialist supports global T&E compliance at JDE Peet's, ensuring alignment with financial accounting, internal policies, and local requirements. The role focuses on maintaining and improving T&E systems, processes, and user-facing content to ensure compliance, efficiency, and a positive user experience. The specialist owns employee-facing T&E documentation and training materials, manages core T&E applications (SAP Concur), and works independently on improvement initiatives in close cooperation with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
