Job summary

Antolin is seeking a Logistics Manager to shape the plant's logistics strategy, optimise costs, and manage material flow from supplier to customer. The role drives inventory controls, supplier coordination, and KPI-driven improvements to support profitability and project launches.

You will lead global inbound and outbound logistics, manage warehouse capacity and participate in continuous improvement initiatives, while communicating effectively across levels and ensuring seamless delivery

Qualifications

Experience developing logistics strategies that optimise costs and improve efficiency.
Strong track record managing inbound and outbound supply chains with suppliers and customers.
Expertise in inventory management, stock control, cycle counting and warehouse optimisation.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the plant logistics strategy to optimise costs and working capital.
Manage global inbound and outbound logistics and supplier relationships.
Coordinate production volume planning and delivery management with customers.
Implement robust inventory controls and KPI tracking to improve accuracy.
Lead logistics cost-reduction programs and warehouse capacity planning.
Oversee 4PL coordination and logistics during new project launches.
