Job summary

Autoliv seeks an experienced Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end logistics and warehouse operations in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. The role requires driving performance, building high-performing teams and continuously improving logistics processes across the supply chain.

Responsibilities include managing inbound receiving, warehousing, inventory, transportation, and on-time deliveries, with a focus on KPI achievement and process compliance across SAP and LES systems.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain in a manufacturing setting, preferably automotive.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics and material flow management.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP, LES, or other warehouse management systems.
  • Proven track record of leading, developing, and motivating teams.
  • Solid knowledge of automotive quality standards such as IATF 16949 and environmental management systems like ISO 14001.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing operational KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end logistics operations across inbound receiving, warehousing, inventory, internal material flow, order fulfillment, transportation and delivery requirements.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy and process compliance using SAP and LES systems.
  • Coach and develop logistics and warehouse teams, fostering engagement and continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate processes to ensure uninterrupted production support and on-time deliveries.
  • Oversee inventory management activities including cycle counting and annual inventories.
  • Monitor KPIs, service levels, productivity, quality and cost targets.
  • Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, health & safety standards and internal policies.
  • Identify operational risks and drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency and inventory optimization.
  • Prepare and present operational reports and performance reviews to management.
  • Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, Purchasing, Engineering and cross-functional teams in an international setting.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Logistics Manager to lead end-to-end logistics and warehouse operations within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. This role requires a strong operational leader who can drive performance, ensure customer satisfaction, develop high-performing teams, and continuously improve logistics processes across the entire supply chain flow.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring seamless execution across inbound receiving, warehousing, inventory management, internal material flow, order fulfillment, transportation, shipping, and customer delivery requirements.
  • Ensure effective management and control of material and product flows through SAP and LES systems, guaranteeing inventory accuracy and process compliance.
  • Manage, coach, and develop logistics and warehouse teams, fostering employee engagement, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate all logistics processes to ensure uninterrupted production support and on-time customer deliveries.
  • Oversee inventory management activities, stock accuracy, cycle counting, and annual physical inventories.
  • Monitor and drive performance against established KPIs, service levels, productivity, quality, and cost targets.
  • Ensure full compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, health & safety requirements, and internal standards.
  • Identify operational risks, develop mitigation plans, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, inventory optimization, and operational excellence.
  • Prepare and present operational reports, analyses, and performance reviews to management.
  • Collaborate closely with Production, Planning, Quality, Purchasing, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams in an international environment.
Qualifications
  • 5 years of proven experience in a leadership role within logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end logistics and material flow management.

  • Solid knowledge of automotive quality standards, including IATF 16949, and environmental management systems such as ISO 14001.
