Job summary

Rockwell Automation seeks an Analyst focused on IT financials and procurement to partner with IT and Finance leaders. You will support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and spend governance across the IT portfolio, ensuring alignment with policies and compliance.

This role reports to the FinOps Technical Leader and operates in a hybrid model with an office in Katowice. You will oversee cloud FinOps, monitor spend, and contribute to cost optimization initiatives across platforms and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5+ years of IT financial analysis, budgeting, procurement, or related roles.
• Experience performing budgeting, forecasting, and cost/benefit analysis.
• Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• IT Financial Management: develop, manage, and monitor annual operating and capital budgets; variance analysis; cost insights.
• IT Procurement Management: manage IT procurement lifecycle, invoices, cost center allocation, and vendor coordination.
• Provide Cloud FinOps oversight, cloud spend transparency, cost optimization, and collaboration with technical teams.
