This entry to mid-level role offers an international environment where you will support quoting activities, coordinate customer requests, and ensure a high-quality experience for our customers while working closely with Sales and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• German language skills at Intermediate level (B1/B2 or equivalent).
• Good English language skills for international environment.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer care, customer service, or related operational role.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales and Customer Success teams with day-to-day quoting and commercial activities.
• Manage and coordinate customer requests and spot quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Communicate with German-speaking customers, providing updates on services, pricing, and changes.
• Help resolve customer queries and issues, working cross-functionally to find solutions quickly.
• Support follow-ups and escalations, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate data and contribute to reporting and administrative tasks.
• Take part in process improvements and team initiatives, helping to drive efficiency and quality.
