Job summary

Gusti Leder is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to optimize transport, coordinate deliveries, and manage shipments across domestic and international markets.

You will work with freight forwarders and carriers, plan operations, and monitor timelines while ensuring cost-efficiency and timely delivery. Strong Excel, ERP/WMS/TMS knowledge, and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working with freight forwarders and carriers.
• Knowledge of international transport processes.
• Experience in organizing road transport.
• Experience in coordinating a vehicle fleet.
• Knowledge of ERP/WMS/TMS systems.
• Knowledge of an additional foreign language.
• Communicative English skills – a must.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel – a must.
• Category B driving license – a must.
• Experience in logistics, transport, or freight forwarding.
• Excellent work organization and ability to set priorities.
• Ability to react quickly to unforeseen situations.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions.
• Ability to work under time pressure.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various departments and external partners.
• Analytical approach to problems and ability to draw conclusions from data.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery and collection across domestic, European, and international markets.
• Plan transport operations and monitor timely completion.
• Maintain cooperation with freight forwarders, carriers, and suppliers.
• Organize collections and deliveries and respond to real-time changes in schedules.
• Monitor shipment status and address delays or issues.
• Prepare and analyze logistics data and reports.
• Handle transport and logistics documentation.
• Resolve day-to-day logistics issues and coordinate stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth flow of logistics processes and timely delivery execution.
