Job summary

XPO Logistics is seeking a Business Development Manager for Overseas Poland to accelerate growth in international transport and logistics across multiple industries. You will identify, develop, and convert opportunities, leveraging XPO’s network to deliver tailor-made solutions and profitable growth.

Key responsibilities include building a strong pipeline, coordinating with global teams, leading tender processes, and presenting compelling business cases.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales or Key Account Management in transport/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of the international transport and logistics market.
• Experience with overseas/international freight forwarding is desirable.
• Proficient in CRM tools, especially Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Overseas and international transport solutions in Poland.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects and strategic opportunities.
• Lead the commercial process from prospecting and qualification through solution design, tender management, negotiation and contract signature.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals and business cases in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Travel regularly within Poland and internationally according to business requirements.
