Job summary

Solventum in Poland is seeking a Global Learning Specialist to join our HR team in a hybrid capacity in Wrocław. You will oversee the employee lifecycle from onboarding to separations, ensuring compliance and timely responses to HR inquiries.

You will collaborate with global colleagues, configure training content, manage data uploads, and support PO/Vendor processes using SAP, Power BI, and related tools to optimize learning initiatives and reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year equivalent work experience in Learning Systems.
• Fluent in English
• High School Diploma or advanced student (Business Administration, Human Resources or related)
• Experience working with HR colleagues involving a variety of HR initiatives.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Word, Excel, Power Point and other Office Applications.
• Knowledge of Purchase Order systems/platforms such as SAP (Procurement & Invoice Environment) is desirable.
• Knowledge in Power BI, Power Apps is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage key aspects of the employee lifecycle including new hires, promotions, transfers, pay rate changes, and separations, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to HR, Payroll, Benefits, Stock, and policies inquiries to enhance the employee experience.
• Collaborate with HR subject matter experts to resolve inquiries and improve HR processes and procedures.
• Support learning and training processes, data uploads, and reporting within global teams.
