Job summary

Solventum is seeking a Global Learning Specialist to support HR activities in Wroclaw, Poland. You will handle the employee lifecycle, answer HR inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in Learning Systems, fluent English, and familiarity with SAP and Power BI/Power Apps. This hybrid role is based in Wrocław with flexible work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-year equivalent work experience in Learning Systems.
• Fluent in English.
• High School Diploma or advanced student in related fields.
• Experience working with HR colleagues involving a variety of HR initiatives.
• Knowledge of Purchase Order systems/platforms such as SAP is desirable.
• Knowledge in Power BI, Power Apps is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR, Payroll, Benefits and policy inquiries support with timely and accurate responses.
• Manage key employee lifecycle activities including new hires, promotions, transfers, pay rate changes, and separations.
• Collaborate with HR SMEs to implement processes and improve the employee experience.
• Coordinate with Learning Team to deliver training content and reporting.

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

You’ll be part of a team of HR professionals who provide a seamless experience for employees throughout their entire journey with our organization. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for managing key aspects of the employee lifecycle, including new hires, promotions, transfers, pay rate changes, and separations, all while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. In addition, you will play a crucial role in providing timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries related to HR, Payroll, Benefits, Stock, and policies, with a focus on resolving issues and enhancing the employee experience. You will collaborate with subject matter experts in HR to provide solutions and recommendations for inquiries related to HR processes and procedures.

As a Global Learning Specialist (m/f/x)

Here, you will make an impact by:

• Cooperation with Learning Team in Solventum as a part of a global team, delivering answers and solutions to Solventum employees by analyzing the requests, trends through ticketing system and with in agreed SLA.
• Process Delivery according to established work instructions: training content configuration, data upload, coordination and reporting generation.
• Supports Global Purchase Orders Team executing the following processes: Purchase Order and Vendor Management. Invoicing management. Documentation and record keeping.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments, including learning coordinators, finance, procurement, and operations, to streamline processes and address any issues.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Minimum 1-year equivalent work experience in Learning Systems.
• Fluent in English
• High School Diploma or advanced student (Business Administration, Human Resources or related).
• Experience working with HR colleagues involving a variety of HR initiatives.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Word, Excel, Power Point and other Office Applications.
• Knowledge of Purchase Order systems/platforms such as SAP (Procurement & Invoice Environment) is desirable.
• Knowledge in Power BI, Power Apps is preferred.
