Hitachi Energy is seeking a Global Technical Knowledge and Digitization Specialist to architect our inaugural training center of expertise and oversee global LMS processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional leaders to digitize training content, standardize records, and drive analytics for continuous improvement while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance. This role is based in Warsaw and offers strong growth in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• The candidate should have extensive experience in adult learning, role-based curricula, and learning content development.
• Strong technical writing, editing, and content mapping skills are required.
• Experience administering a learning management system, preferably Cornerstone, is essential.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and compliance standards in a manufacturing or engineering context is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digitization and tracking of training, including VILT, online, and ILT formats.
• Create and manage role- and skill-based learning paths and internal certifications.
• Develop global LMS standards, curricula, and content mappings with cross-functional teams.
• Coach managers, admins, and trainers on knowledge sharing and digitization best practices.
• Analyze training data to drive continuous improvement and align with HV goals.
