Job summary

Rolls-Royce is hiring an Emerging Talent Delivery Team Manager in Kraków, Poland, with hybrid working and responsibilities spanning Poland, Germany and the UK. The role focuses on end-to-end delivery of emerging talent programmes, partnering with businesses and outsourced providers to ensure a seamless One Rolls-Royce service.

Qualifications

• Experience in early careers / emerging talent delivery including graduate programmes.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day delivery of emerging talent including BAU recruitment, onboarding, programme delivery and offboarding for UK and Poland.
• Deliver BAU activity across recruitment, onboarding, programme delivery and offboarding.
• Ensure consistent learner lifecycle execution across UK and Poland.
• Act as operational contact for stakeholders and suppliers for programme delivery.
• Coordinate milestones like induction, graduation, feedback cycles and engagement initiatives.
• Maintain learner data and support reporting.
• Work with outsourced providers (graduate services, training providers).
• Support supplier performance management and continuous improvement.
• Oversee delivery of central learning and mandatory training.
• Own allocation of Career Coaches and buddy networks.
• Lead delivery for Poland-based hiring and programmes, with some UK support and travel.
• Support attraction activity and attend events as required.
• Identify improvements across processes, systems and learner experience.
• Challenge suppliers to deliver best-in-class experiences.
