Job summary

Rolls-Royce Krakow Global Capability Centre is seeking an Emerging Talent Delivery Team Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across Poland, Germany and the UK. This hybrid, full-time role is based in Cracow and reports into the Germany & Poland Delivery Manager.

You will oversee BAU recruitment, onboarding, programme delivery and offboarding, coordinate learner lifecycle, supplier management and governance, and ensure compliant delivery of emerging talent initiatives across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in early careers / emerging talent delivery including graduate programmes.
• Understanding of end-to-end talent lifecycle processes across recruitment, onboarding and programme delivery.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and communication.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day delivery for emerging talent including BAU recruitment, onboarding and programme delivery.
• Deliver BAU activity across recruitment, onboarding, programme delivery and offboarding.
• Coordinate learner lifecycle across UK and Poland and liaise with suppliers.
