Merck Group seeks a Learning and Development Partner based in Poland to drive the regional learning strategy across the UK, Ireland, Nordics, and broader EMEA. Qualifications

• 10+ years in Learning & Development or Organizational Development in global/matrixed environments
• End-to-end ownership of learning programs from need analysis to evaluation
• Proven consulting translating business strategy to capability roadmaps and change plans
• Hands-on with LMS platforms and digital learning tech
• Strong data fluency with analytics/dashboards to measure impact (Kirkpatrick/ROI)
• Fluent in English with excellent communication/facilitation
• Collaborative leader guiding cross-functional teams and regional projects

Your Role

As our Learning and Development Partner based in Poland, you will drive the learning strategy across the UK, Ireland, Nordics, and broader EMEA region. Partnering closely with senior HR and business stakeholders, you’ll consult on strategic needs and turn them into actionable capability roadmaps. Your day-to-day includes designing tailored learning solutions, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing our regional training portfolio. Working with our global delivery teams, you will champion a seamless, digital-first learning experience that builds key organizational capabilities. You will lead impactful, multi-region projects in an informal, matrixed environment without needing direct authority over teams.

Who You Are

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development, with a proven track record in global, matrixed environments (regulated or science-led industries preferred).
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of learning programs, spanning initial needs analysis, blended design, content development, facilitation, and evaluation (e.g., Kirkpatrick models/ROI).
• Proven consulting expertise translating business strategies into capability roadmaps and compelling change management plans for senior stakeholders.
• Hands‑on experience with LMS platforms (such as SAP SuccessFactors Learning) and digital learning technology.
• Strong data fluency using analytics and dashboards to measure learning impact and support continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English with exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Collaborative leader skilled at guiding cross‑functional teams and delivering regional projects on time and within budget environment.
