Job summary

Arche Consulting Sp. z o.o. seeks a proactive Talent & Leadership Development Professional to support international talent management and leadership initiatives.

You will coordinate local and global programs, partnering with HR and business stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery across countries and functions. The role requires Bachelor's degree and strong English, German and Polish skills, with experience in HR development, learning & development and leadership programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in HR, business, psychology, education or related field.
• Experience in HR development, learning & development, talent management and leadership development.
• Strong English, German and Polish written and spoken.
• Experience with HR processes, systems or development programs.
• Ability to analyze development needs and identify skills gaps.
• Familiarity with talent assessment or succession planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and administration of Talent Management and Leadership Development processes, programs and tools.
• Coordinate national and international learning and development initiatives.
• Plan, organize and track development activities and leadership programs.
• Maintain and update systems, databases and program documentation.
• Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to support talent strategies.
• Monitor program effectiveness and contribute to improvements.
• Identify development needs and support skills development across the org.
