Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join an international team. You will assist users with applications, systems, and hardware issues, provide remote support, and manage Active Directory/Entra ID accounts.

The role involves Office 365 support and administering basic phone systems, plus mobile device management. You will work in a three-shift schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities to develop IT skills and language abilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience (including internships/practical training).
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Intune technologies.
• Understanding of computer hardware and basic configuration elements.
• Strong interpersonal skills and good organization of own work.
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Fluent Polish and residing in Poland is required.
• Advanced knowledge of English and German at least at B2 level.

Responsibilities

• IT user support in resolving technical issues related to applications, systems, and computer hardware.
• Remote support for users regarding applications, operating systems, and hardware.
• Managing user accounts in Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Office 365 support and basic telephone system administration.
• Support for mobile devices (Android/iOS) and endpoint management tools (Intune, NinjaOne, ManageEngine).
