Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in internal communication or related areas.
• Excellent written and verbal English; German is a plus.
• Experience creating communication and training materials.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Experience with international and cross-functional teams.
• Interest in IT, AI, automation, and digital transformation.
• Ability to translate complex topics into clear communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support global initiatives related to AI, process automation, and application development.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Prepare and deliver internal communications related to projects, new solutions, and process changes.
• Create communication, presentation, training, and informational materials.
• Coordinate trainings and workshops with trainers, experts, and participants.
• Support project documentation and knowledge-sharing activities.
