Job summary

GN Group is seeking an IT Infrastructure Operations Specialist - Endpoints to join Global IT Operations in Warsaw. You’ll deliver 2nd line endpoint support, manage Windows/macOS/mobile devices and printers, and support Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Cloud PC.

You’ll handle access management with Entra ID and Intune, while collaborating with other teams to minimize downtime. You will participate in on-call rotations, drive root-cause analysis, and contribute to security compliance and

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in IT operations or a similar technical role (Microsoft solutions).
• Proficient in IT service management practices such as incident, problem, and request management.
• Familiar with monitoring tools and reporting solutions (e.g., SCOM).
• Understand cybersecurity concepts and ISO27001 compliance.
• Communicate clearly and collaborate with colleagues across Group IT.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 2nd level support for end-user services across endpoints, identity and access, and Microsoft workplace tools.
• Manage global endpoint devices (Windows, macOS, mobile, printers).
• Support Microsoft 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Cloud PC.
• Operate print services and PaperCut with basic network dependencies (DNS, DHCP).
• Administer user access using Entra ID, Active Directory, and Intune.
• Collaborate with 1st and 3rd level support to reduce disruptions and maintain a knowledge base.
• Respond to incidents, participate in on-call rotation, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Support security compliance and patching of endpoints using Intune and SCCM.
