Job summary

Bain & Company seeks an IT Operations Director to lead global Tier 2 operations spanning infrastructure, cloud, and digital workplace support. You will own the Vulnerability and Patch Management Centre of Excellence and drive automated remediation and observability across a global tech environment.

In this hybrid role, you will coordinate across IT, security, and product engineering teams to raise service reliability while maturing incident response and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of ITIL service management and incident handling.
• Experience with multi-domain, global operations leadership.
• Hands-on with observability and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead global Tier 2 operations across infrastructure, cloud, and digital workplace support.
• Own vulnerability management and patching Centre of Excellence with remediation standards.
• Define performance metrics and improve incident response and automation.
• Coordinate cross‑team escalations and global on‑call rotations.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and service providers to scale ops teams.
