Job summary

RÖDL in Poland seeks a Junior IT Project Manager to support and coordinate international IT projects across our global locations. You will lead internal teams and external partners, manage timelines, tasks, and documentation, and provide regular project updates.

The role requires a university degree in Project Management or a comparable qualification and first professional experience. Excellent Polish, English, and German are required, with strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• University degree in Project Management or a comparable qualification.
• First professional experience in project management, operations, facilities, or a similar field.
• Experience coordinating projects, stakeholders, timelines, and external partners is a plus.
• Excellent written and spoken Polish, English and German language skills.
• Confident using Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate international IT projects related to our global locations.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners across different countries.
• Manage timelines, tasks, documentation, and project updates.
• Keep internal stakeholders aligned and ensure deadlines are met.
• Support the planning and implementation of location-related projects.
• Help identify risks, resolve issues, and keep projects on track.
