SOFTSWISS is seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our Procurement Team in Warsaw. You will manage purchasing activities, build strong supplier relationships, and optimise procurement processes to support operational needs and growth.

You will handle IT hardware procurement across regions, coordinate logistics, maintain hardware records in 1C, and ensure timely replenishment while adhering to procurement documentation standards. English (B1+) and Russian (B2+) language skills are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3+ years in hardware procurement or IT asset management.
• Hands-on experience with 1C.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in inventory management and warehouse accounting.
• English (B1+) and Russian (B2+) language skills.

Aufgaben

• Research, compare, and select suppliers to secure best prices, discounts, and purchasing terms.
• Manage procurement and logistics of IT hardware across regions.
• Coordinate delivery and collection of equipment for employees, including shipment and returns.
• Maintain hardware records in 1C.
• Coordinate transfer of equipment to service centers for repair and provide necessary information.
• Monitor hardware availability and ensure timely replenishment.
• Handle procurement-related documentation, including invoices.
