Job summary

Hitachi Energy D.O.O. is seeking an experienced IT Internal Audit Manager to lead strategic IT/Cybersecurity and SAP audits across a global landscape. You will drive risk assessments, collaborate with IT and SAP teams, and guide control improvements in a complex, multinational setting.

This hands-on role demands senior expertise, integrity, and the ability to navigate global structures. Remote work in Europe is possible per policy, with a focus on results and robust controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technologies, Business Administration, Finance, Management or Engineering
Minimum 10 years of external/internal IT audit experience
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or equivalent would be a plus

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain IT and Cybersecurity audit universe and risk control matrix
Conduct global IT and Cybersecurity risk assessments and contribute to audit plan
Lead IT/Cybersecurity/SAP audits and advisory engagements
Coordinate with IT/Cybersecurity/SAP teams and control owners
Develop audit plans and manage all engagement phases, including coordination with management and external auditors
