Hitachi Energy is seeking an IT Internal Audit Manager to lead complex IT, cybersecurity, and SAP audits across a challenging environment. This remote role in Europe prioritizes experience and delivering improvements within global structures.

You will develop audit plans, manage all phases of engagements, and collaborate with IT, ERP, and control teams to strengthen risk management and control environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of external/internal IT audit experience.
• CISA certification; other certifications are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of COBIT, NIST, ISO/IEC 27000 and EU AI Act.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT/cybersecurity/SAP audits and advisory engagements.
• Develop and maintain IT audit universe and risk controls.
• Coordinate with global teams and manage audit phases.
• Propose improvements and innovative review methods.
• Support compliance efforts and testing of controls.
