Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. seeks an experienced SAP Expert team lead to drive standardization and digital programs across 17 factories in the HUB EUC.

You will manage the SAP Expert team, coach talent, and partner with the Digital Transformation Organization to optimize processes while delivering sustainable improvements. This role emphasizes change management, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements as you oversee global SAP templates and process harmonization

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operational roles related to BPM or digital program implementation in manufacturing.
• 5+ years of people management and development.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting with ability to derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with DTO to share best practices and drive commonality.
• Lead HUB activities and coordinate budget and demand planning with HUB IS and Controller.
• Lead the Hub SAP Expert team as line manager and develop team members.
• Coach staff and provide training to develop new talent.
• Drive adoption of globally harmonized processes and minimize local customizations.
• Communicate benefits of global processes to stakeholders and secure buy-in.
• Assess risks related to change initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
