Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. seeks an experienced Forensic Audit Manager to head the new Forensic Audit team and support the OSI in integrity investigations across the full lifecycle.

You will serve as the finance and forensic accounting expert, reconstruct transactions, quantify exposure, and guide cross-functional teams in risk and control improvements. Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics, finance, accounting, business administration or equivalent.
• Five to seven years of audit/finance/forensic accounting experience, with at least three years leading investigations.
• Proven knowledge of investigation policies and methodologies; strong ethics and confidentiality.
• Professional certifications such as CFE, CFCS, CCEP, CAMS, CISA or CIA are a plus.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages are appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of integrity investigations and support OSI as needed.
• Reconstruct transactions, trace funds, quantify loss, assess fraud indicators.
• Apply data analytics using SAP S/4HANA, Power BI, Tableau and related tools.
• Coordinate with Finance, Legal, HR, Compliance, IT, Security and external experts.
• Prepare high-quality investigation files and maintain templates and methodologies.
• Provide timely updates to OSI investigators and stakeholders; escalate critical matters.
• Coach colleagues and develop forensic accounting and analytics expertise.
