Hitachi Energy Internal Audit invites an experienced IT Audit Manager to lead strategic audits across IT, cybersecurity and SAP domains. The role involves hands-on management of audits, risk assessments and process improvements within a global framework, with remote work options across Europe.

The candidate should have a minimum of 10 years in IT audit, a CISA certification, and strong collaboration with ERP and IT security teams to strengthen controls and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technologies, Business Administration, Finance, Management or Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in external/internal IT audit.
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) mandatory; other certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CIA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain IT and Cybersecurity audit universe and risk control matrix.
• Conduct global IT and Cybersecurity risk assessments and propose inputs to the audit plan.
• Lead IT/Cybersecurity/SAP audits and advisory engagements, including follow-up audits.
• Coordinate with IT, ERP, and control teams to ensure robust risk assessment processes and controls.
