Job summary
Hitachi Energy in Kraków, Poland is seeking an IT Compliance and Risk Specialist to contribute to the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of the IT Risk Management strategy within a global framework. You will support risk assessments, control evaluations, and remediation, while training stakeholders and promoting a risk-aware culture across the IT organization.
The role requires strong communication with cross-functional teams and fluency in English, with hybrid work
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or related field.
- 5+ years in IT with IT risk/compliance focus.
- Experience in risk assessments, control evaluations, audit support.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- English language proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and prioritize IT risks.
- Analyze, measure, and monitor IT risks and guide treatments.
- Develop and maintain IT Risk Management framework.
- Lead training to improve IT risk awareness.
- Participate in measuring effectiveness and address gaps.
- Build a network with stakeholders to align compliance activities.
