Job summary

emagine is a high-end IT consulting company with a global footprint. We are seeking an Invoicing & Collections Analyst to join our Global Invoicing & Collections team in Warsaw.

You will issue and post invoices, process consultants’ invoices, and manage cash collection while interacting with internal and external clients. Strong English and Polish language skills are required, along with advanced Excel capabilities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Issuing and posting sales invoices.
• Processing consultants’ invoices (including self-billing).
• Cash collection activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers on accounting reconciliations.
