Job summary

Capgemini Kraków is seeking an Accounts Receivable specialist to join our team. You will manage AR processes, support cash postings, and ensure timely collections while maintaining high service quality.

Hybr id work model offers collaboration with global teams and access to extensive training and career development. Fluency in English and strong attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (C1 level).
• Experience with accounts receivable processes.
• Experience reconciling bank accounts.
• Experience with customer aging, open statements and bad debt.
• Experience processing customer invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Good understanding of client processes, procedures, policies, and business context.
• Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to operational excellence.
• Proficiency in using relevant tools and technologies to support service delivery.

Your Role
