Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Clinical Payments Specialist to manage end-to-end global investigator payments for assigned studies. You will coordinate with clinical teams, sites, and finance to ensure payments align with contracts and budgets, and you will generate monthly reports and support audits.

We require strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills, with CRO/pharma experience and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Two years of CRO/pharma experience in data entry or finance-related work preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Advanced English; Mandarin fluency is mandatory where applicable.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of global investigator payments for assigned studies.
• Collection of information from all teams, systems, and tools as needed on a timely basis.
• Understanding contract terms, budgets, and payment schedules to align with agreements.
• Analysis and presentation of data for stakeholders.
• Liaison between sites, clinical teams and other functional leaders.
• Perform payment reconciliations at mandated intervals.
• Budget vs actual spend analysis and reporting to the project team.
• Develop and provide monthly payment reports for assigned studies.
• Participate in client and project team meetings and audits.
• Identify trends in underpayments/overpayments and drive improvements.
