Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Fluency in English, Polish & Dutch is required.
• Preferred 1–3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry/clinical research.
• Experience with clinical payment processing is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end investigator/site payment processes and related calculations.
• Liaise among Contract & Centralized Services, other GCO teams and Sites.
• Track payments and approvals across systems; ensure timely startup activities for new studies.
• Maintain audit readiness and compliance for applicable requirements.
• Support country/regional/global enhancements and efficiency initiatives.
