Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in business, law, or related field preferred.
  • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or equivalent certification required.
  • Deep knowledge of international compliance frameworks (FCPA, GDPR).
  • Ability to design and deliver training programs and drive standardized investigative practices.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across cultures.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones as required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and enforce global investigation standards.
  • Design and deliver training programs for junior investigators across the conglomerate’s diverse business units.
  • Conduct follow-ups on ongoing investigations, ensuring timely resolution and tracking cases.
  • Analyze investigation outcomes, identify trends, and report risks to senior leadership and compliance teams.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, advising on best practices and improvements to investigation approaches.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external regulators, and law enforcement to ensure comprehensive follow-through.
