Job summary

Client, a globally recognized industrial technology company, is seeking a Global Industry & Product Strategy Manager to develop selected industry segments and product areas across an international environment.

You will analyze markets, shape product positioning and go-to-market strategy, and drive business development by translating customer and market insights into commercial opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Key Account Management, Industry Management, Business Development or a related commercial role.
• Experience in a B2B industrial/technical environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth strategies for selected industries, products and strategic customers.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs and emerging industry trends to support business growth.
• Manage product positioning and value propositions, ensuring they address real customer and market requirements.
• Build strong relationships with key customers and understand their business, technical and commercial needs.
• Work with Sales and Key Account teams to identify new opportunities and support strategic customer development.
• Cooperate with Product Management, R&D, Operations and Marketing on product development and new product introductions.
• Prepare business cases and commercial recommendations based on market and customer insights.
• Monitor competitors, market dynamics and pricing to identify opportunities and potential risks.
• Develop presentations, sales tools and customer-specific materials supporting commercial activities.
• Provide product and industry expertise to Sales teams and participate in customer meetings when required.
