In this role you will bridge Market, Product, Commercial and Marketing, translating customer and market insights into compelling value propositions, commercial strategies and effective market execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in product marketing, industry marketing, or similar commercial roles.
• Experience in B2B industrial environments is preferred.
• Technical background in engineering is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global go-to-market strategy for industries and product lines.
• Identify market needs, opportunities, and portfolio priorities.
• Develop business cases and growth models for strategic product lines.
• Own portfolio positioning, messaging, and lifecycle management across regions.
• Lead product launches with cross-functional teams and ensure commercial readiness.
• Conduct market, customer, application, and competitive analyses to identify growth opportunities.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for multiple stakeholders.
• Support strategic planning and lead-generation initiatives.
• Develop industry-specific marketing packages and sales tools.
• Coordinate training programs to ensure consistent messaging.
